Whether you’re seeking personal therapy, need a professional evaluation, or are working toward clinical licensure, Helen Lynch‑Young, LCSW‑R provides thoughtful, evidence-informed care backed by over 25 years of experience.
Individual Therapy
Helen works one-on-one with adults navigating life’s challenges in a supportive, confidential environment. Sessions are available in person or via secure telehealth.

Legal and Workplace Evaluations
Helen is a New York State OASAS-approved provider of evaluations for individuals referred by attorneys, courts, or employers. Each evaluation includes a thorough clinical interview, standardized screening tools when appropriate, and a clear written report.

Evaluations are typically completed in one to two sessions. Reports are delivered promptly and can be sent directly to the referring attorney or agency with client consent.

Helen offers supervision for LMSWs, LCSWs, and clinicians working with addiction and problem gambling. She is also affiliated with the NY Council on Problem Gambling as a Clinical Supervisor.
