Impaired Driver Evaluations (OASAS-Approved) 

If you have been charged with a DWI, DUI, or other impaired driving offense, you may be required to complete a professional evaluation. I provide OASAS-approved evaluations that meet the requirements of New York State and are accepted by courts, probation departments, and the DMV.

• A confidential clinical interview 

• Screening tools to assess substance use and mental health 

• Review of personal history and related concerns 

• An alcohol and drug screen 

• A clear, professional written report with recommendations
