Service Rates
Individual therapy: 45 minutes, $150
Couples therapy: 60 minutes, $200
Appointments are offered on weekdays; evening and weekend appointments are not available. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations; late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged $75.
Payment Policy
The Therapeutic Wellness Practice, LCSW, PLLC is private pay and does not accept insurance. A superbill may be provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Specialized evaluation fees vary; contact the practice for details.
Good Faith Estimates: If you are uninsured or do not plan to use insurance, you have the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before scheduled services or upon request.
